In these final stages of the project, the consortium has been experimenting with the training kit produced by French partner IDFormation. The kit has a twofold function as both a sensitisation and a training device: the modular structure, the flexible methodology and the diversity of the contents ensure adaptability to different national contexts and target groups. The kit is designed for both professional and informal carers, with a view to improving the quality of their interactions and, ultimately, the wellbeing of the dependent person.
So far, about 50 family carers, 50 volunteers and 70 care professionals have participated in the pilot actions, for a total of about 110 hours of training and sensitisation.
